Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are available for 30 days from purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Exchanges are available for 90 days from purchase date. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. 

Refunds
In order to receive a refund, please mail your Ziparoos bag set back to us in the condition it was received. Please email us at sales@ziparoos.biz and send your item to: Simple Home Gifts LLC, 110 Patrick Place, Stephens City VA 22655, United States. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item received. If the refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for 90 days from purchase date. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are for the same item (depending on availability). If you need an exchange, please email us at sales@ziparoos.biz and send your item to: Simple Home Gifts LLC, 110 Patrick Place, Stephens City VA 22655, United States. Once the item is received, we will then send you the replacement item.
